Costin Dămășaru

Costin Dămășaru is the kind of person who turns personal challenges into lifelong missions. After facing the harsh reality of living with Tinnitus, he set out on a journey to understand the brain. That path led him all the way to MIT, where he studied Neuroscience for Leadership and worked with leading experts on Brain Mapping and Brain-Computer Interface technologies.

Today, he’s the founder and CEO of Veruvis, a research center focused on boosting human performance through science, tech, and heart. He holds a PhD in Management, a degree in Psychology, and an MBA, but he’s still learning, currently pursuing a PhD in Physics and a Master’s in Applied Neuroscience. He’s shared what he’s learned as a guest lecturer in Belgium, Germany, and the UK. But what drives him is the belief that we all have the power to access something greater within ourselves. At the end of the day, Costin is here to make science feel human. And to help others—whether they’re struggling, curious, or just ready to grow—find their own path forward.
