Nicoleta Deliu-Pașol

An alumna of the Berlin School of Creative Leadership, SNSPA, and CIPR London, Nicoleta brings together strategy and heart in everything she does. She’s also an Aspen Fellow and an active member of communities reimagining what the future could look like. With 20 years of experience in communication and social responsibility, she has helped build bridges between companies, NGOs, and communities, always guided by one question: how can we create impact that lasts?

At BCR, she led Școala de Bani, Romania’s largest financial education program, reaching over 1 million people, and launched ZBOR, hubs that give young people space, tools, and courage to shape their future. Passionate about true partnerships and systemic change, Nicoleta speaks from experience and from a deep belief that collaboration, trust, and courage can transform lives.
