As Executive Director of the Romanian Association for Design and Innovation, she’s making interior design in Romania smarter, more collaborative, and future-ready through professional development programmes, up-to-date research, and curated events.

She blends interior architecture with systems thinking, swaps ego for ecosystem, and believes good design should do more than impress. It should genuinely improve lives. Even if she’s mentoring creatives or shaking up outdated frameworks, Sara builds with people in mind and purpose at the core.
