Alina Tudose

Alina Tudose is a brand strategist with over two decades of experience in marketing, advertising, and business strategy, across both agency and client-side roles.

Her career includes key positions at Vodafone, McCann Erickson, Brandient, and Cohn & Jansen JWT, where she served as Managing Director & Head of Strategy. Over time, she has played a role in shaping the strategic planning discipline in Romania, before it became a clearly defined function. In 2014, she co-founded Brand Growers, working closely with entrepreneurs and leadership teams to build brands that support business growth and long-term value. Her approach is grounded in clarity and business understanding, with a strong belief that branding should not just communicate, but actively support decisions and direction.
