Odai Shhab is the co-founder of Qurater, a foodtech platform designed to help restaurants scale through automation and performance marketing, and co-organiser of the Foodservice & Hospitality Expo, one of the most relevant industry events in the CEE region.
His work spans multiple layers of the hospitality ecosystem, combining technology, distribution, and concept development. He brings a cross-functional perspective shaped by direct involvement in both building and scaling businesses.
Beyond Qurater, Odai is a board member at Amina Fine Food and a shareholder in Restograf, while his background includes launching restaurant concepts and building a food distribution company from the ground up.
Through his work, he focuses on creating systems and partnerships that support growth, efficiency, and long-term value across the industry.
