Ionuț Bindilă

Ionuț Bindilă Cosma is a Romanian entrepreneur and coffee specialist, known for building a series of distinctive specialty coffee concepts, including Two Minutes, Two by Two Espresso Bar, and Two by Two Vintage. With a background in horticultural engineering and international experience across cities such as Toronto, Barcelona, Berlin, and Iceland, he developed an appreciation for coffee culture that later shaped his entrepreneurial path. In 2016, he opened his first café, marking the beginning of a growing portfolio of spaces built around quality and identity.

His approach is centered on creating clean, well-defined environments that combine design, atmosphere, and product, moving beyond transactional experiences. Each concept reflects a focus on community, encouraging connection and a sense of belonging.

Currently working on expanding into a coffee lab and roastery, Ionuț continues to evolve his concepts while maintaining a clear direction: building spaces and products that add value to everyday experiences, with community at the core.
