Violeta Belciu is Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Belciu & Jambori Law Firm and Belciu Insolvency SPRL, with a long-standing career in legal practice, specializing in insolvency, restructuring, and business reorganization.
A member of the Bucharest Bar since 2000 and an insolvency practitioner since 2012, she has led complex corporate restructuring and insolvency projects, advising both creditors and debtors across all stages. Her work includes acting as judicial administrator and liquidator, delivering strategic solutions for stabilizing companies and maximizing value in challenging situations.
