Sebastian Dobrincu

Sebastian Dobrincu is the youngest Shark Tank judge in the world. The founder and CEO of Scento, a luxury fragrance brand operating across 19 European markets after raising more than €25 million in venture capital, he joined Shark Tank Romania in 2022 at age 25. By then, he had already built and sold his first company.

Apple and Facebook recruited Sebastian before he turned 20. He chose to build his own companies instead. The first, Storyheap, was a social analytics platform whose clients had grown to include Hulu, Universal Music and Tumblr. By the time it sold, he had been writing code for more than a decade. A Forbes 30 Under 30 Europe honoree, he has since founded Revocalize.ai, an AI voice synthesis company.

Across four seasons of Shark Tank Romania, Sebastian has evaluated more than 100 founder pitches and invested in early-stage Romanian companies. His seat on Pro TV reaches millions of viewers each week. He is a member of the Forbes Business Council and the Entrepreneur Leadership Network. Based between Bucharest and Los Angeles, he is a Romanian founder building across Europe, and speaks regularly on what running a real operation across 19 markets and judging founders on national television have taught him about the gap between a polished pitch and a real business.
