Atena Boca

Atena Boca is the founder of LaPrimulBebe, one of the most impactful parenting communities in Romania, built over the past 13 years into a national movement supporting mothers in the early years of parenting.

With over 250,000 members across its platforms, LaPrimulBebe has grown into a complex ecosystem that includes educational events, an online learning platform (CursuriParentale.ro), and large-scale community initiatives. Over time, the community has organized more than 300 parenting events and raised over €7 million through online humanitarian campaigns, supporting 25 hospitals and neonatal care units across Romania.

Atena was selected by Facebook for their one time Community Leadership Program, working alongside their teams in London and Silicon Valley, while LaPrimulBebe was recognized as one of the 100 most impactful online communities globally and used as a case study. She is also the author of “Totul începe cu o mamă,” a widely read book and resource for mothers in Romania.

Through her work, Atena has built a model of community driven by trust, relevance, and real impact in people’s lives.
