Răzvan Preduchin is the Co-Founder and General Manager of EXPAND LABS, Romania’s first longevity hub—built on a simple premise: health is no longer about fixing problems, but about upgrading the human system through proactive prevention and continuous optimization.
With a background in economics and an international career across Europe, Africa, and Asia, he spent over a decade in high-growth environments, helping scale major e-commerce operations in markets like Nigeria, Kenya, and Singapore.
Along the way, he became increasingly interested in a different kind of performance—human performance—and how the world’s top operators, CEOs and athletes alike, use data, technology, and biology to push their limits. Returning to Romania in 2020, he founded EXPAND LABS to bring this frontier locally, combining medical science with advanced therapies and performance-driven protocols.
His work sits at the intersection of health, technology, and optimization, with a clear mission: to make longevity a practical tool for those who want to think sharper, perform better, and stay in the game longer.
