Sebastian Mîndroiu
Co-Founder PickTwo Studio, Architect & Hospitality Expert, Founder ARDI
Sebastian Mîndroiu is an architect and hospitality expert with over 15 years of experience working on complex projects across Romania and international markets.
He is the co-founder of PickTwo Studio, an architecture and interior design practice specializing in hospitality, offices, and commercial spaces. Over the years, the studio has delivered more than 500 projects and is currently involved in developments across Europe, Africa, the Middle East, and Asia. Beyond architecture, Sebastian is actively involved in building and supporting businesses across different sectors.
He is an investor in Restograf, a tech platform dedicated to improving restaurant experiences, and in AZURE, a real estate development project in Zanzibar. He is also the founder and president of ARDI (Romanian Association for Design and Innovation), the largest design-focused NGO in Romania, bringing together a growing community of professionals across multiple cities.
Alongside his entrepreneurial work, Sebastian is involved in education, teaching Strategy and Organizational Development within ABC*School, a program he co-founded for the creative industries.
