Mihai Bonca

Mihai Bonca is a brand strategy consultant who works with local companies to rethink how their brands grow, position themselves, and create long-term relevance in the market. As part of the team at Brand Architects, he has contributed to brand transformation projects across multiple industries, helping organizations clarify their identity and redefine their strategic direction. Together with his teams and clients, his work has been recognized with more than 25 international distinctions at the MarCom Awards and Effie Awards, including two Grand Effie trophies.

Alongside his consulting work, Mihai is actively involved in education. As a marketing lecturer at several business schools, he works with young professionals and students, sharing practical insights from the branding and strategy world while helping shape the next generation of marketers and entrepreneurs.
