Owner and Co-Founder of Nuba, Jean is one of the key figures behind one of Romania’s most visible premium club and restaurant concepts. Launched in 2015 together with his partners, Nuba evolved into a multi-location brand present in major Romanian cities, on the Black Sea coast, and in the mountain resort of Poiana Brașov, combining nightlife, fine dining, and high-end experiential positioning.
With a decade of prior experience in the banking sector, Jean transitioned from financial structures to entrepreneurial execution, applying strategic discipline to hospitality expansion. As shareholder and CEO, he has contributed to scaling Nuba from a single concept into a recognized premium lifestyle brand, balancing operational control, brand identity, and location strategy.
His journey reflects the shift from corporate expertise to ownership mindset, building venues that operate at the intersection of hospitality, positioning, and premium experience design.
